Do I need to tidy and stage before the shoot?
A clean, decluttered space always photographs best. When you book we’ll send a short prep checklist, and we’ll style the small details on the day so every room looks its best.
How many photos will I get?
Enough to cover every room plus the exterior and key features, typically 20 to 30 edited images, depending on the size of the property.
Do you shoot the outside and surroundings?
Yes, exteriors, garden and the wider setting, with drone photography where it adds something to the listing.
Can you do a video tour as well?
Absolutely. A short walk-around tour works alongside the photos and is ideal for Instagram, TikTok and your listing page.
Where do you cover?
On site across Witney and Oxfordshire. If you’re further afield, we can still edit and enhance photos you send in remotely.
